GDPR at Falnor

How we handle personal data on falnor.io, in contact inquiries, and during client engagements - with transparency, least-privilege access, and rights you can exercise.

Overview

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) strengthens privacy rights for people in the EU and UK. It applies to Falnor when we process personal data of EU/UK residents - whether you visit falnor.io, book a call, or work with us on an engagement.

This page summarizes:

  • Who Falnor is and what this page covers
  • What data we collect on the site and in engagements
  • Why we collect it and how long we retain it
  • Third-party processors we rely on
  • Your rights and how to exercise them

What is GDPR?

GDPR requires transparency about what data is collected, why it is used, who receives it, and how long it is kept. You have rights to access, correct, delete, and restrict processing - and to object where processing is based on legitimate interests.

How Falnor implements GDPR

We minimize data on the marketing site, use processors with appropriate safeguards, and keep client workflow data in your environment under engagement contracts. See our privacy policy and terms & conditions for full policy text.

Data we collect

Site usage data

Browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referral URLs, and interaction signals collected via cookies, logs, and analytics.

Contact inquiries

Name, company, workflow context, and message content when you submit the contact form - stored to respond and schedule discovery calls.

Discovery call booking

Scheduling details you provide through our Cal.com embed (name, email, meeting preferences) to book a scoping session.

Client engagements

Workflow, integration, and eval data processed in your cloud during projects - governed by your SOW and security review, not this marketing site.

Why we collect data

  • Respond to contact and discovery-call requests
  • Improve site content, navigation, and performance
  • Measure marketing effectiveness and fix errors
  • Deliver contracted implementation services under your engagement agreement

  • PostHog

Product analytics to understand how visitors use the marketing site.

  • Convex
