Falnor / Integrations

NetSuite automation for finance and operations teams

NetSuite holds the numbers, but the work around it still moves by email and spreadsheet. Falnor builds a system on NetSuite and the tools around it that handles the routine and asks a person about the rest.

Where NetSuite work stops

Records get into NetSuite late, wrong or by hand, and the people who could fix them are busy chasing the next item.

  • Invoices, orders and journal details are keyed in from other systems.
  • Approvals sit in email threads.
  • Reconciling what happened and why takes a day each month.

What we build around NetSuite

The system connects to NetSuite through its own roles and permissions, read-only first.

Read first

It reads the records it needs and shows what it would post before posting anything.

Follow your rules

Matching, limits and coding follow rules you approved.

Pause for a person

Anything unusual, large or hard to undo waits for a named approver.

Keep the record

Every posting is logged with the rule followed and who approved it.

Your NetSuite stays the system of record

We do not move your data. The system runs on your own systems and reads from them, and you own its rules and record.

Works with the software you already use

We build on your own tools instead of asking you to move. Common starting points:

  • NetSuite
  • Salesforce
  • Xero
  • SAP

We work with businesses in the US, the UK and Europe.

Questions people ask

Is this a NetSuite implementation partner?

No. We build the system around your process that uses NetSuite as one of its tools. We do not configure or resell NetSuite.

Can it help with accounts payable?

Yes. Invoice capture, matching and approval routing are a common starting point. See our accounts payable automation page.

Does it post to NetSuite on its own?

Not at first. It begins read-only and earns the right to post, one task at a time.
