Falnor / Solutions

Business process automation built around how your work really runs

Business process automation only helps when it matches the process you actually run, not the one in the slide deck. Falnor maps the real path first, then builds a system on the software you already use that moves each item from request to closed record.

Where processes stop

An invoice, a claim, a new customer. The real work takes minutes. Then it sits and waits for a missing detail, a sign-off, or someone to remember it. Your best people keep it moving by hand.

  • Work waits in inboxes and spreadsheets between tools.
  • The rules live in people’s heads, so every exception is a question.
  • Reporting is a manual job because nothing records why a step happened.

What the system does

A Falnor system owns the job from the request coming in to the record being closed. For finance work, see accounts payable automation. For incoming requests, see customer service automation.

Reads everything first

Every connected tool is read-only until the map of your process is trusted. Evidence is where each detail was read from, never a confidence score.

Follows clear rules

Rules you have approved decide, not guesswork. When no rule fits, the item goes to a person.

Closes the item

Not a draft or a summary: the record updated, the customer answered, the exception cleared and the next system told.

Keeps the record

Each decision is logged with what it looked at, the rule it followed and who approved it.

Automation that earns trust

The system starts by only reading. It takes over one task at a time, once it is right at least 9 times in 10 on your real cases, and pauses safely before anything that cannot be undone.

Works with the software you already use

We build on your own tools instead of asking you to move. Common starting points:

  • Xero
  • Sage
  • Salesforce
  • HubSpot
  • SAP
  • NetSuite
  • Microsoft Dynamics
  • Zendesk

We work with businesses in the US, the UK and Europe.

Questions people ask

What is business process automation?

It is using software to carry out the steps of a recurring business process, such as approving an invoice or routing a customer request, with less manual chasing.

Is this the same as workflow automation?

They overlap. Workflow automation often means a chain of triggers. We build the whole system around the process, including the exceptions, the checks and the record.

Do we need to replace our current software?

No. The system is built on the tools you already use, such as Xero, Salesforce, HubSpot or NetSuite.

Our process is not written down. Can you still automate it?

Yes. Mapping writes it down first. In most businesses it lives in people’s heads, and you keep the map either way.
