Discovery call

Book a 30-minute discovery call

Tell us about one part of your business where work gets stuck. You will get a straight answer on whether a system would help. If it would not, we will tell you on the call.

What happens on the call

  1. Show us where work gets stuck

Tell us where things wait, what you have already tried, and what good would look like for your team.

  2. Choose a starting point

Mapping one process, building a first system, or fixing something that only half works today. We will share examples from similar businesses.

  3. Walk us through your software

Which tools the work passes through, what needs a person, and what your managers or auditors will want to see.

  4. Leave with a clear next step

An honest view on fit, and what mapping would cover. The scope and price come after the map. No obligation.

A good fit looks like

  • A clear process with someone in your team who owns it
  • A wish to fix the whole job, not run another trial
  • Your team staying in control until the system has earned trust

Before you book

What should I bring to the call?

One process where work gets stuck, the software it passes through, and who owns it. A rough picture is enough. Mapping fills in the rest.

What if a system would not help us?

We will tell you on the call. The aim is a straight answer on fit, not a sale.

Does the call commit us to anything?

No. The call carries no obligation. If you go ahead, the scope, timeline and price are agreed in writing after the map and before anything is built.

Which countries and time zones do you work in?

We work with businesses in the US, the UK and Europe. If none of the slots suit your time zone, send a message and we will find one.
