Falnor / Solutions

Business automation consulting that ends with a working system, not a slide deck

Falnor maps how one part of your business really runs, tells you plainly whether automation would help, and then builds the system on the software you already use. We work with businesses in the US, the UK and Europe.

Book a discovery call

What automation consulting often leaves behind

A common result of consulting is a report: a ranked list of processes that could be automated. Someone else then has to build it, and the details that matter, the exceptions and the approvals, get lost on the way. If you are weighing an agency against building the skills yourself, see AI automation agency vs in-house.

  • A gap between the recommendation and the thing that actually runs.
  • Rules that live in people’s heads and never make it onto paper.
  • No record of why a step happened, so nobody trusts the result.

How an engagement works

It starts with a 30-minute discovery call and an honest answer on fit.

Discovery call

You show us where work gets stuck and which tools it passes through. If a system would not help, we tell you on the call.

Map the work

We write down how the work really runs: where each detail comes from, the rule at each step, who decides and what gets updated. You keep the map whether or not we build.

Agree scope in writing

The scope, timeline and price are agreed in writing after the map and before anything is built. There is no price list.

Build and prove it

The system starts in shadow, only reading your software. It takes over one task at a time, once it is right at least 9 times in 10 on your real cases.

Hand it over

You own the system, its rules and its full record from day one, and it keeps running without us.

A straight answer on fit

Not every process should be automated. Some are too rare or too risky. Anything important, unusual or hard to undo waits for a named person, and every step is recorded.

Works with the software you already use

We build on your own tools instead of asking you to move. Common starting points:

  • Xero
  • Sage
  • Salesforce
  • HubSpot
  • SAP
  • NetSuite
  • Microsoft Dynamics
  • Zendesk

We work with businesses in the US, the UK and Europe.

Questions people ask

What does a business automation consultant do?

A consultant works out which parts of your operation could run with less manual effort and how. At Falnor that includes building the system, so the recommendation does not stop at a report.

How is this different from a large consultancy?

We map one part of your business and then build the system around it, rather than producing a report for someone else to build from.

How much does it cost?

There is no price list. We map your work first, and you get the scope, timeline and price in writing before anything is built.

Do we need to replace our software?

No. The system is built on the tools you already use, such as Xero, Salesforce, HubSpot or NetSuite.

Which countries do you work in?

We work with businesses in the US, the UK and Europe. The system runs on your own systems, so your data stays where it is.
