Human-in-the-loop AI agents that pause for a person before anything important

AI agents are useful in operations only if you can trust what they do. A Falnor system looks before it acts, follows rules you approved, stops for a named person on anything important or hard to undo, and records every step.

The trust problem with agents

An agent that acts on its own is fast until it is wrong in a way nobody sees. In finance, claims and customer work, that is not a risk most teams can take.

  • No clear line between what the agent may do alone and what needs a person.
  • No record of why a decision was made.
  • Behaviour that changes silently when the AI model underneath changes.

How the human stays in the loop

These are the principles every Falnor system is built on, whichever AI sits underneath.

Look before acting

The system starts read-only and shows what it would do before it does anything.

Clear rules decide

Rules you approved decide the outcome. The AI helps read and prepare, it does not make up policy.

Pause before big steps

Important, unusual or irreversible steps wait for a named approver, with the evidence beside them.

Proof, not guesswork

Every decision records what was looked at, which rule applied and who approved it.

Autonomy is earned, one task at a time

A task moves from proposed to automatic only after the system is right at least 9 times in 10 on your real cases. If the AI underneath changes, we re-test on your cases before anything changes.

Works with the software you already use

We build on your own tools instead of asking you to move. Common starting points:

  • Xero
  • Salesforce
  • HubSpot
  • NetSuite
  • Zendesk

We work with businesses in the US, the UK and Europe.

Questions people ask

What does human in the loop mean?

It means a person reviews or approves the steps that matter. The system does the routine work and hands the important decisions to a named human.

Does a person have to approve everything?

No. Routine, well-understood items can run automatically once the system has proven itself on your cases. Anything unusual or hard to undo still waits for a person.

What if the AI model changes?

We re-test on your own cases before anything changes in production, so behaviour does not shift without you knowing.

Where does our data go?

The system runs on your own systems and reads from them, so your records stay where they are.
